The Hillside Meat Processing Facility is located in the hub of the lamb farming district near Narrogin, Western Australia. The plant is strategically close to Katanning Livestock Centre and only 2.5 hours from Muchea Livestock Centre.
Hillside also draws livestock from the surrounding vast farming area with many x-bred lamb producers in close proximity to the Processing Facility.
The Processing Facility is a Tier 2 accredited export facility and can provide fresh air-freight carcass to overseas markets.
We process all offal, tripe, runners and hides for local and overseas markets.
Hillside has a long-standing partnership with Ausvision Rural Services that operates our extensive feedlot operations and farms to assist us with the supply of livestock for our processing facilities, thereby maintaining a consistent supply of quality lambs, especially during times when livestock numbers are low.
Metro Boning Room
Hillside Meat Processors has strategically set up the Metro Boning Room in Malaga (the hub of the meat industry) which is accessible to all freeways and highway arterials, allowing for quick and efficient delivery to any suburb in Perth, and also provides easy access to the airport and other transport locations.
