Introduction - Our Story

Established in 2012, Hillside Meat Processors is a growing meat processing company in Western Australia. We are a WA-owned and run business with our Processing Facility near the southwest town of Narrogin and the Boning Room strategically located in Malaga, Perth.

Hillside specialises in lamb carcass and carton products, suppling export and domestic customers with a superior product. We take immense pride in ensuring the high quality of our premium lambs, which are all sourced from local farmers.

Hillside’s Narrogin Processing Facility is a Tier 2 Export Facility with the slaughter capacity of 15,000 sheep per week.

Hillside Malaga Boning Room is a Tier 1 Export Boning Room.

What We Do / Our Products

We specialise in sheep meat products which includes lamb, hogget and mutton, as well as by-products. At Hillside, we are committed to ensuring that all AUS-MEAT requirements are met and maintained by staff at all times.

We supply our lamb in full carcass or cartons, which are cut, vac-sealed and packed to order.

Offal - hearts, kidney, liver and tripe are collected every day and sold fresh, or frozen for export or domestic requirements.

Runners - we have quality green runners suitable for export or domestic processors which can be sold by the pallet or container.
